This April, we begin something truly meaningful.

Chayan from Oaxaca ,Albert and Crystal from Colorado State University started transplanting the first Ceiba trees—a powerful step toward restoring a species whose population is steadily declining.

Ceibas are our giant neighbors here in Oaxaca, just as redwoods are in California. These majestic trees are more than symbols of strength and wisdom; they are key species that sustain biodiversity, culture, and life itself.

By planting today, we’re protecting tomorrow.

¡Sembrando gigantes para el futuro!

Este abril, comenzamos algo verdaderamente significativo.

Chayan de Oaxaca, Albert y Crystal de la Universidad Estatal de Colorado iniciaron el trasplante de los primeros árboles de ceiba, un paso poderoso hacia la restauración de una especie cuya población continúa disminuyendo.

Las ceibas son nuestras vecinas gigantes aquí en Oaxaca, así como las secuoyas lo son en California. Estos árboles majestuosos son más que símbolos de fuerza y sabiduría; son especies clave que sostienen la biodiversidad, la cultura y la vida misma.
