We are proud to partner with the One Health Project, led by two inspiring veterinary medicine students from Colorado State University — Crystal Mateo and Albert Rivera.

✨ Meet Albert

“I am currently a first-year veterinary student at Colorado State University. I grew up in New York/New Jersey before joining the Navy at 17 — an experience that strengthened my commitment to conservation and reignited my passion for veterinary medicine. I hope to return to New Jersey to establish my career as a veterinarian and spend my summers in Ecuador supporting the communities where my family is from.”

Together with Crystal and Albert, we look forward to building a collaboration rooted in animal welfare, community health, and conservation — the heart of the One Health mission.
